Thank you to everyone who came out for the Adam Robison and Other Poems release party. In an effort to look like my book cover, I shaved my beard. Some people helped. During the shaving process, I played this video on the jumbotron in Justin's backyard:
Hey, Adam. I think you should wear that jacket and tie and those exact glasses and stand in a such a way to imitate your book cover at all of your readings. And don't move too much. Give us a "reading portrait."
But now we won't be able to have a beard fight at AWP!
